Ingredients:
- 1 medium beet, peeled and chopped (preferably organic)
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen, preferably organic)
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped (preferably organic)
- 1 tsp camu camu powder
- Ice cubes (optional)
Directions:
- Peel and chop the beet into small pieces.
