Is shipping included? 

At our marketplace each vendor will offer its own shipping rates, please make sure to check their shipping rates. 

International shipping rates vary. 

Do you ship to my country? 

We ship internationally, but due to customs regulations we might not have the ability to ship to some countries. If we do not currently ship to your country at this time we apologize and hope to serve you soon in the future.

Does international shipping cost extra?

Free shipping or flat rate shipping does not apply to orders outside of the U.S. International prices vary by weight and final destination. You must be aware of the laws and tariffs within each country you are shipping to. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days, or sometimes more depending on the country and customs regulation. We recommend you track your order and provide all information to the recipient as they may need to pick up the package and pay tariffs on the goods (again, deemed by each country and unable to be paid for in advance from the U.S.). The customer is responsible for any customs clearance fees and/all procedures in their country. If any issues with shipping abroad or customs arise, keep in mind your order is non-refundable.

Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes using USPS Priority.

We have vendors from all over the world, please make sure to check which country the products you are purchasing are from to estimate shipping time and cost. 

How long does it take to ship my order?

We will process your order in 1-3 days and shipping in the U.S. can take from 2-5 days depending which state you are in and how fast USPS will deliver to your door. International orders will be processed in 1-3 days but transit and delivery time depends on the location and customs of each country. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days, or sometimes more depending on the country and customs regulation.

How can I track my order?

Can I have a gift arrive on an exact date?

Not at this time, as we work with USPS to ship all gifts we rely on their shipping timelines. 

I need to change my order shipping address

For address changes, please contact immediately with your order number and the changes needed. If it is something we can do and the order is not yet processed or shipped, we will accommodate as best we can. Due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot guarantee any changes after your order has been placed.

It shows that my package was delivered but I do not have it, what do I do?

USPS is our chosen carrier, please make sure you have your tracking number with you to check the status of your delivery on their website. If you are unable to locate your package through USPS, please email us directly at and we will be happy to assist you. 

I received my shipping confirmation email but my USPS tracking link is no longer updating, what should I do?

If your tracking link has not updated for an extended period of time (more than 3-5 business days), or you cannot locate your package using the USPS tracking number provided please reach out to USPS with your tracking number. The tracking number link will lead you to the USPS website where you will find their phone number and links to assist you further. Always feel free to contact us at to assist you.
