Our product arose out of two personal needs. My son was diagnosed with eczema as a toddler. When I applied his steroid cream with my fingers, I realized that I was absorbing as much as he was (eventually triggering dermatitis), and I could not effectively control the amount of product he was receiving. I also was frustrated with how inefficient my fingers were for applying my own skincare (especially oils and serums) and how much product was getting wasted through absorption into my fingers/hands. I scoured the Internet for an application tool to solve these problems, but there was none. So, I invented LUNAESCENT! With redesigns, our applicator is now a multipurpose beauty tool -- not only perfect for any type of skincare application, but also for massaging, depuffing, washing and more.
At LUNAESCENT - Clean Skin Labs, we believe in unique solutions to everyday problems. We developed the LUNAESCENT touch-free applicator/massager (pat. pend.) as an innovative device to 1) address common problems such as hygiene, contamination, and waste in applying skincare products, and 2) improve on the design and function of existing skincare tools.
