How long does shipping take?

What is your return policy?
Currently, we do not accept returns for products that have been open. We do accept sealed returns within 30 days of purchase.
Can I return open product?
If any items are damaged or incorrect when you receive your order, please email support@regeily.com with your order number and a photo, and someone will respond within 48 hours to assist you.
How long does it take to process a return?
Yes, please email support@regeily.com with your order number for a return authorization or for any questions and concerns. Please note, that we do not credit or refund shipping charges and we are not responsible for returned packages lost or damaged en route, so we suggest using a shipping method that can be tracked. Please allow 7-10 business days to process returns.

What if my order is incorrect, damaged, or defective?
Please email support@regeily.com with your order number and a photo of the product and description of your issue. Someone will reach out within 48 hours.
Do you include return slips?
Our packages do not include return slips. Email support@regeily.com with your order number and we will help you with your return.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Our orders process quickly and we will try our best to accommodate change requests but can not guarantee changes.
