Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to deliver to you later, we will send the gift giver a refund and they will know about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you must ship your product to: 6336 Patterson Pass Rd. Ste C, Livermore, CA 94550.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
With all returns, you must use a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
