Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Medjool Dates: Pitted.

  • 4 tbsp Virgin Coconut Oil: Melted.

  • 4 tbsp Coconut Butter: Melted.

  • 1 cup Raw Almonds: Roughly chopped.

  • 1 cup Raw Cashews: Roughly chopped.

  • 1 cup Dried Goji Berries

  • 2 cups Desiccated Coconut: Unsweetened.

The Raw Cacao Beauty Frosting:

  • 1/2 cup Raw Cacao Powder

  • 1/4 cup Virgin Coconut Oil: Melted.

  • 2 tbsp Raw Honey or Maple Syrup

  • Pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt

Instructions:

  1. The Base: Process dates until they form a paste. Add melted coconut oil/butter and pulse. In a bowl, knead this paste into the chopped nuts, berries, and shredded coconut. Press firmly into a parchment-lined tin.

  2. The Frosting: Whisk the cacao powder, melted coconut oil, and honey until glossy. Pour over the base and spread evenly.

  3. The Set: Refrigerate for 30 minutes until the frosting "snaps" and the base is firm. Slice into bars.

Crunchy Mama Tip:

Store these bars in an airtight glass container in the fridge. Because they are "raw" and packed with live enzymes and healthy fats, keeping them cool ensures the ingredients don't oxidize, preserving their functional potency for up to two weeks!
