Victoria Sutton’s We Still Rise Foundation: Supporting Women in Shelters

Teen Changemaker Making a Difference

The new generation is making us proud! Victoria Sutton, daughter of Brazilian TV host Fabiana Saba, is stepping up at just 17 to create real change. She founded the We Still Rise Foundation, a nonprofit supporting women living in NYC shelters with care packages filled with hygiene products, self-care items, and small comforts.

From Inspiration to Action

Victoria’s passion began in high school, when she helped collect and donate female hygiene products to unhoused women. Her experiences volunteering with the Ministry of Human Rights in Brazil deepened her commitment, showing her firsthand the struggles women face as victims of domestic violence.

“My goal is simple,” Victoria says. “I want women in shelters to feel seen, supported, and encouraged to keep moving forward. Even the smallest act of kindness can spark hope and remind someone that they matter.”

A Family United for a Cause

Victoria’s entire family supports her mission. Her mother, Fabiana Saba, has been a powerful partner, and her father and sister are actively involved as well, helping pack care packages and contribute to the foundation’s work. Their dedication is a beautiful example of how families can support young people in making a meaningful difference.

Expanding Impact Across NYC

Victoria has already made a tangible impact at the Bowery Mission Women’s Center, The Retreat Shelter in Long Island, and other facilities. The foundation continues to expand by partnering with local organizations, schools, and community members, reaching more women and children in need.

How Crunchy Mama Box Supports the Cause

At Crunchy Mama Box, we are honored to support the We Still Rise Foundation by highlighting their mission, donating products, and promoting their cause within our community. Together with our purpose-driven CMB Certified brand founders, we are embracing this initiative and doing everything we can to help women and children in shelters.

We invite our Crunchy Community—including businesses, parents, and young people—to get involved:

  • Donate products or funds to support care packages

  • Volunteer your time to help assemble and deliver care packages

  • Share the foundation’s mission with your networks to raise awareness

  • Encourage teens in your life to find meaningful ways to give back alongside you
