The Wellness Exchange 2026: Conscious Connection & Community

We expanded on the success of our 2025 event to deliver an even deeper wellness experience for our community.

Crunchy Mama Box and our CMB Certified East Tennessee Wellness Directory came together for an afternoon dedicated to holistic health, high-level networking, and community wellbeing. This complimentary event successfully united local wellness enthusiasts, leaders, and mindful professionals.

THE PROGRAMMING

A transformative afternoon featuring a grounding Yoga Flow, a restorative Sound Bath session, and an intentional Chakra Alignment experience.

Moved to the private residence of Wanda, founder of Crunchy Mama Box, due to rain. Welcoming the community into a home that truly embodies holistic living proved that rain or shine, our wellness gatherings always unfold beautifully.
