What’s Included:
CMB staff represents your brand—no attendance needed. You will ship your samples and flyers (optional posters and swag bags), and we will distribute them on your behalf. Testers allowed with limited capacity; details provided upon confirmation.

Digital Orders:
Orders can be placed via QR codes linked to your CMB storefront (CMB members only). Option to promote free shipping or discounts.

Audience Engagement:
Connect with customers, retail buyers, health practitioners, educators, and press.

Logistics:
Vendor space and sampling handled by CMB staff. Only online sales; no full-size product sales on-site.

Deadlines:
Samples must arrive between Jan 29-31, 2025—no earlier or later than this timeframe.

Tier 2: Exclusive Booth - Attendance Required

Engagement & Activities:
Interact directly with attendees, including retail buyers, health practitioners, educators, and press.
Promote, educate, and sell your products.
Optional activities: massages, facials, and product demonstrations.

Swag Bags:
CMB offers swag bags for samples, but exhibitors are welcome to bring their own.

Exhibitor Responsibilities
Set up tables with products, tablecloths, testers, samples, and marketing materials. Setup begins at 11:00 AM on the event day. A 6ft table, 2 chairs and a power outlet will be provided.
You may ship your products to Knoxville (zip code: 37934) up to two days before the event (but no earlier). Please note that you will need to retrieve them and transport them to the event location for setup. Alternatively, you may arrange for your own carrier to deliver directly to the event. Setup begins at 11 AM, and all booths must be fully dismantled and packed up by 6 PM.
Bring your own POS system, sales tax permit, insurance, and any required documentation.
Manage your travel logistics, including flights, transportation, and lodging. If you need any assistance, feel free to let us know.
