The CMB Certification Referral Program allows participants to refer brands for CMB Certification and earn rewards. The rewards are paid when the referred brand completes the certification process and is officially certified.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have an active presence in the health, wellness, clean beauty, and non-profit sectors.
• Comply with the program’s terms and conditions.

3. Certification Benefits

• Enhanced credibility and trust with consumers.
• Increased visibility through CMB’s platform.
• Competitive edge with CMB’s certification seal.
• Participation in CMB events at discounted rates.

4. Referral Reward

Participants earn rewards for every referred brand that completes certification:

• $50 for completing the assessment process.
• Additional $50 when the brand gets approved.
• Total reward: $100 per certified brand.

5. Payment Terms

Rewards will be paid within 5 business days after certification via:

• Stripe or Venmo (U.S. participants).
• Wise (International participants).

6. For Influencers and Media Personalities

To earn rewards, influencers must:

• Create promotional content as specified.
• Share content on social media tagging @CrunchyMamaBox and @CMB.Certified.
• Post at least 3 Stories, 1 Carousel Post, and 1 Reel.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• The CMB seal should not be used to imply unauthorized certification.
• Influencers are responsible for compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

8. Program Duration

The program is ongoing, with no limits on the number of referrals.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved under the laws of Tennessee, U.S., through mediation or arbitration.

10. Termination

CMB reserves the right to terminate participation for non-compliance or fraudulent activity.

11. Modification of Terms

CMB may update the program at any time, with changes communicated via the official website.

12. Privacy

By participating, you consent to the collection and use of personal information for program administration.
